Shipwrecked in Newfoundland

Shipwrecked – It is amazing to see what the power of the sea can do in almost 100 years. In 1919, the Steamship Ethie ran aground along the coastline of Newfoundland’s Gros Morne National Park and all that remains today are some rusted metal components of the ship. We were happy to learn that all 92 passengers of this ill fated ship were successfully rescued. An HDR image helps capture the beautiful details of the ships boilers and wenches.
