The bears that frolic around Lake Clark National Park and Preserve offer visitors close ups of their lives. Here a mother and her cubs are seen nursing. This intimate photo taken during one of our Grizzly Bear Photo Tours is one of the few places in the world where this can occur. The bears of Lake Clark do not live close to humans and have a plentiful and varied food supply. This fortuitous combination affords photographers the rare opportunity to witness the interaction of brown bears at their most natural level.
