The Buff-tailed Coronet (Boissonneaua flavescens), is commonly found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. To create this image, and stop all motion in the wings, a multi-flash setup is used create a synchronized flash of light which exceeds what a cameras shutter speed can produce.
